Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana- Extended Hand-to-the-Big-Toe Pose; Place the foot on the wall or a counter for support. Grab the foot or use a belt for further extension.

Adho Mukha Svanasana- Downward Dog;place heels at the wall.

Utthita Trikonasana- Triangle pose.

Virasana- Hero pose.

Ardha Uttanasana- Standing forward bend with chest lifted.

Prasarita Padottanasana- Wide leg forward bend; Stage 1- chest lifted.

Adho Mukha Svanasana- Downward Dog.

Supta Padangusthasana I- Reclining Hand-to-the-Big-Toe pose; Use a strap for further extension.

Supta Padangusthasana II- Reclining Hand-to-the-Big-Toe pose; Use a strap for further extension; Open the leg to the side and hover off floor.

Sirsasana- Headstand (intermediates only). Headstand prep (continuing beginners).

Adho Mukha Virasana- Child’s pose.

Salamba Sarvangasana- Shoulderstand (classic version or in chair).
